Baseball athlete’s are unique due to the inherent stresses placed on the throwing shoulder and the rotational component of the swing. These two factors alone dictate how we train baseball athlete’s. Additionally, baseball athlete’s develop inherent weaknesses due to the repetitive nature of their swing, throwing motion and base running patterns. We combat this with an emphasis on unilateral training, creating symmetry and balancing out the body.
