Brad Packer / Performance Director & Founder
Professional Career - Brad enjoyed a 10 year career as a Police Officer, before following his passions and becoming part owner and Regional Director of APX Strength. Over the last 6 years Brad has helped over 100 high school athlete's reach the collegiate level and has successfully implemented A3 methods at over 15 schools in the northwest.
Brad is currently training and overseeing the strength and conditioning for the following programs:

Athletic Career - Eastern Washington University 1997-2000. 3 year starter at linebacker. Finished career as 6th leading tackler in school history.
Personal - Brad and his wife, Michelle, have two very active boys, Mason 14, and Gavin 10. Most of their family time is spent watching the boys play their various sports. Their favorite family activity is traveling to different destinations to watch their favorite teams play.
Education - Eastern Washington University / Criminal Justice
Certifications - NSCA-CPT, NASM-PES

Jeremy Newton / Lead Performance Coach
Professional Career - Jeremy began his career as a Performance/Strength Coach in 2012 with Coach Packer and APX Strength. Jeremy has progressed to the position of A3 Lead Performance Coach. Jeremy enjoys working for A3 because he loves working with athletes and helping teams build a winning culture.
Athletic Career - Jeremy was a three year varsity starter for Columbia River High School Football. He played DB and Slot receiver for the Chieftains. Jeremy was All-League and also named team captain his senior year. Jeremy was very involved in academics and received a scholar athlete award.
Personal - Outside of training, Jeremy enjoys anything that involves physical activity, including hiking, playing basketball, football and golfing.
Education - Continuing education
Certifications - NASM CPT, NASM Nutrition
